They've been hacked a second time now, their whole database apparently has been wiped.

I certainly hope VBA is not vulnerable to the same exploits as vBportals is.

Nobody's perfect, and vBa was coded by a human, so I can't say that I'm 100% positive that there are no exploits in vBa products. I can say, however, that to this day there have been no confirmed exploits in any vBa products. According to the email, the creators of vBa Portal were informed of the problem too several times without doing anything. Whether or not that's true, I have no idea. If we were informed of an exploit in vBa products though, it would be taken care of immediately.

Well nothing is 100% un-hackable. But I guess if they were warned a few times in advance which seems to be the rumour going around. They have nobody to blame but themselves really for not taking action straight away on it.
