first i have to admit that i am a newbie on the net. i just have registered in the website

but,i have no permission to post,the bulletin is

I am not a member of this site. Most boards(sites) are set up with an email confirmation. What this means is, there was an email sent to the email address you registered with. In this email there is a link that you have to click on to activate your membership. Once your membership is activated, you should be able to post.
