Error when installing:

You need to put the files in the folders in your vBulletin folders. Since you put your vBulletin in your website root and not in a 'forums' folder, where it says e.g. put vbacmps_install.php in root/forums/admincp you would put it in root/admincp, and the files in the includes folder go in the includes folder in your vBulletin installation etc.
