Default Is there a way to set permissions by usergroup for certain parts of links directory?

I ask because I currently use my system for people to post videos. But say for example if I want to be able to have a few categories that are for GamingVidz.com hosted videos only... how could I do that?

In other words, I'd like to have a few categories where I'm the only one that can post a link.

Is this possible because I'm not finding it (or I'm having a blind moment)

Anyone know? I'd like only admins to be able to post links in certain directories.

This is not an option in v1.x, however it is in 2.0.
