Hello,
We installed 2.1.0 a while ago, but never really used it. But it worked. Now i wanted to play with vBadvanced a bit and did the following to upgrade to the latest version of vBadvanced: -uninstalled via admincp -> Products -> choosed VBAdvanced -> uninstall. -he changed the templates and all that stuff and said "uninstall successful". There were no Products with vbadvanced listed anymore, so my opinion also was: "uninstall successful". Now i downloaded the latest version of vbadvanced (2.2.0) and did all the things which were stated in the readme. -entered full path like "/home/myuser/public_html/www". -run' the installer at /admincp/vbacmps_install.php If i choosed "Install", he said "already installed" so i choosed "Upgrade"... but i uninstalled it before, so "already installed" is wrong. -script said "upgrade successful". -deleted the vbacmps_install.php Now if i access the cmps_index.php on www.example.com/cmps_index.php , the error Fatal error: Call to undefined function: print_portal_output() in /home/myuser/...../www/cmps_index.php on line 44 occurs and i dont know what to do. Why is this so complicated What can i do now? Please, help. There is also no product/plugin listed anymore in the "products"-section of the admin-panel. Thank you, 3dc EDIT: I read' something about installing parts of old versions because of the chdir-commands, someone else said that plugins should be enabled... sorry i dont know what to to. i simply want to use the script ![]() EDIT2: The file used for installing was vbadvanced_cmps_2_2_0_(vb_3_6)_.zip Last edited by 3dc; 09-23-2006 at 07:36 AM. |

Did you run the install script, and are the vBa CMPS plugins active?

There shouldn't be any reason you would get that then. If you'd like to submit a support ticket via the Members' Area here though I'll be glad to take a look.

I had the same problem and it was fixed by re-enabling the vbadvanced plugin in the admincp. I disabled all plugins individually before the upgrade.
