Ok i want it to be like when I go www.mysite.com/forum then it doesn't show my forum but it shows the CMPS. Like you guys when i go to www.vbadvanced.com i see the portal/CMPS instead of the forums directly, how can I do this for my site too??

Just put the CMPS index.php in the root folder, example:
public_html/index.php And upload the forums index.php back the forums folder, in my case is: public_html/forums/index.php |

If you have the forums in root as well you need to call the forum 'index.php' something else and vBulletin has in its options the ability to do just this.
