That's caused by a missing table prefix in the 'Add Links Awaiting Moderation to Your vBa CMPS Quick Moderation Moudle' hack. If you take a look at the post then it's been updated with the correct code.

But apparently I have friends that can view my site and they arent having problems... I am sooo confused.

seems to view fine if I am NOT logged in.. But once I log in I get an error.
I can view my forums and admincp so it has to be in CMPS. But my friend has no problems so It has to be with that quick moderate module.. How can I revert it back to the original and get away from these errors?

Can I just re-upload the moderation.php file from vb and get the template for the "Quick Moderation" Module back to the original?
