Without any action my Portal is crushed

Can please someone take a look ?

I only added a new Page to my CMPS and deleted it without making chances to the Standardportal. After that i go back to my Portal and it looks like that.

Please help .....

Of course the News has to be in the middle - google on the right side and so on.
The widht is still on his old settings. After Saving all again in the Hope that it works then it still is like the Screenshot one.

Problem is fixed - it was happened after adding a Thread - but i can´t see why ! I deleted the last Portalnews and now it is working again. Anyway before it happens again. Can somebody explain how it can happen ?

set quote max chars either to 1000 or 0..it can be found in the news section of you CMPS options..that's all I could see would cause the problem.

Hi, you mean the "News Maximum Characters" Function ? It´s set really high. The Point "Quote max" is not shown in the Functions.

And the News he posted is not that long.

I tried to post it again by myself and it has the same effect. If i post any other news it works.

Die Zahl der 12- bis 25-Jährigen, die innerhalb der letzten zwölf vor der Befragung mindestens einmal gekifft hatten, ist von 11 auf 13 Prozent gestiegen. Die Konsumraten seien in den alten und neuen Bundesländern weitgehend gleich.

In mehr als 1000 ambulanten Einrichtungen der Suchthilfe seien derzeit über 15 000 Menschen wegen Cannabismissbrauchs in Beratung. Erwiesen sei, dass das Rauschmittel eine Veranlagung für Psychosen verstärken und sie auslösen könne.

Da die meisten der Kiffer auch Zigaretten rauchten, müsse verstärkt gegen den Tabakkonsum gekämpft werden. Dazu gehöre ein generelles Rauchverbot an Schulen, forderte die DHS. Mehr als 100 000 junge Menschen wurden im Jahr 2003 wegen Kiffens angezeigt. In einem am Mittwoch vorgestellten Report der Suchtexperten sind die aktuellen Erkenntnisse über gesundheitliche und juristische Fragen des Cannabiskonsums zusammengefasst.

Der Gehalt des Rauschmittels THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) im Haschisch sei nicht dramatisch gestiegen, sagte DHS-Vorstandsmitglied Jost Leune. Mehr als 60 Prozent der sichergestellten Haschischproben wiesen einen seit den 60er Jahren üblichen Gehalt von bis zu acht Prozent auf. Höhere THC-Gehalte als 18 Prozent würden in nur einem Prozent aller Proben festgestellt.

Yes i News Maximum Characters..thing is it can only be set to 1000 at it's highest and if you post a quote or whatever it screws up..What I did was set it to 0 to disable the News Maximum Characters thing and I never had the problem again..

Oh, oh ..... tried it again and it´s crushed again.

It is definitely only happen if the Number is to small. With 1000 it´s crushing. With 5000 now it´s running perfect.

@DarknessDivine - sorry but it isn´t right what you write above. But i thank you a lot. Without you i won´t have it fixed now. Thx ......

Why do you say it can only be set to 1000? It should be able to be set as high as you wish...

Because I thought you said it can only be set 1000 by default once before? Or something was 1000 chars..?...I'll try to find where I saw that..lol...
