Well, I found out that in the CMPS CP there is no folder for icons to change, so I created an images/icons on my root and copied the icons there. so its a work around not a fix.

Now I have a strange look as the left column starts after the news posts (2 of them) on my page, while it was ok when I had 3 news posts.
Can any one help me please

Thanx

Hani

Upload the install file to your admincp directory, go to it in your browser, and select the option to update your image paths and that should fix your icons.
As for the news and your left colum, that's because of an unclosed quote tag. Either don't use quotes in your news posts, or change the 'Max News Characters' option to a value high enough to allow for the end of the quote.
