Integration not working properly

I followed this guide so I could put my right navigation bar on my forum, I followed it exactly and THOUGHT it worked fine.

But, see theres a problem (thats why im posting here).

if I go to http://www.6mmnation.com/forum/index.php the top login bar is supressed by the first module, if I switch them around still same problem its sandwiched. but the wierd thing is, you go to http://www.6mmnation.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=4 and the login bar is extended all the way out.

I want to make it so the login bar is always out all the way.

Now, another problem.

If I go to http://www.6mmnation.com/forum/register.php it says "include" the name of the page I used, is there anyway to hide this?

and another problem is if I login or logout I get 2 of the login bars I was talking about!

Can someone please explain to me how to go about fixing this.

They work now, sorry I was doing work on my VPS.

I would suspsect that it has something to do with the problems listed here.
