Default forum home page goes back to Vbad home page

I have just installed vBadanced and when me and my members click on the link that should take you back to the main forums (showing all forums categories) Its goes back to the vbad home page.

My question is...How can i changed this so I can go staright to forums with one click without having to follow two links to get to my main forum page?

Thanks, Brad

So... Edit whatever link it is and change where it points. That's about the best I can tell you since you weren't very specific about which link and you didn't post a link to your site.

vBadvanced Forums > vBadvanced Products > vBadvanced CMPS > Troubleshooting & Problems
Reload this Page 3.6.x - forum home page goes back to Vbad home page

That is what i see at the top of this page, if i click it (vBadvanced Forums), it goes back to the forums and not the 'homepage', where as my site does the opposite. Hopethis helps a littel bit more!

I think I have the same problem as Brad.

For example:

FMFormation.net - For All Your FM Needs! » Main Category » Main Forum » Test message

This is where I am now. The topic is Test message. The section in which it is posted is Main Forum. Main Category is the "head section" which is shown when you simply go to forum.

When I click on "FMFormation.net - For All Your FM Needs!" it goes to my vbadvanced page. But there isn't a link to go back to the forums (so I can see the head section Main Category). When you've only got a forum installed the "FMFormation.net - For All Your FM Needs!" link is a link to the forum, but it's now a link to vbadvanced. That's all great but I miss the forum link hehe.

It sounds like you've set things up incorrectly. Since you seem to be running the CMPS in the same folder as your forum, you'll need to follow the instructions below.
http://www.vbadvanced.com/membersare...tid=4&pageid=7

As for a 'forum' link, that's up to you to add since not everyone will want the link in the same place.

I tried your solution and it didn't work. It just adds index.php to my domain

Sounds like you missed a step somewhere in the instructions then. As long as you follow those exact steps you will not have any problems.

Sorry, but we are not going to do those things for you. Again, as long as you follow those exact steps and do not skip anything, then you will not have any problems.

How exactly is it not working? Can you post a link to your site?
