Where can I get the Support ticket Module from? Has this been relesed? I could make good use fir this.....

<third vote> as I'm really busy...if I wasn't I'd be looking to a.n.other package and adding a interface...but I don't like reinventing wheels that seem to do a job very well.

hmmm....I have about 5 possibilities for this (I run a hosting company). I'll see what I can dig up.

Just to clarify...do you want LIVE help or a TICKET system specifically?

Well, the best FREE ticket system is probably going to be Support Services Manager.

But it's too involved for me to create a module out of it. There should be a working demo there. If you can't find it...use mine: www.ezcohosting.com/services/

Yeah rbl - that is going to be a great Ticketing System... the guy is already sorting out a few performance issues and bugs... I rekon by release 2 it will be superb.
