Default Columns Aren't Right

None of my columns are right, left is BIG, right is small and center is gone?

View here: Warning: Adult Site

Ok, center showed up. Any ideas? Where does the news come from?

So you're saying to create a news forum? Ok, that would make sense. It might even speed up the load times as the one I had it pointed to have well over 100,000 posts and 13,000 threads.

Also, when I change this to index, what about the current forums home page that is named "index." Can I change that to "forums"? How do I change that?
