I need help how to make usercp box looks like this??.... see attachment.

Yea I was wondering the same thing of how to put the user name as the module title for the UserCP...That would be a cool feature!

It should be as simple as using a custom wrapper template and then adding the username variable in place of the module title within the custom template..
