Red face Opening a blank page

Hi all,

Is it possible to create an Hyperlink in the navigation block that opens in a blank page. I have this chatbox installed and this is external. Members will leave the site when they follow that link to the chatbox. A better option would be if the chatbox opened in an new page so that members stay on the site with the forst page.

Thanks in advance for your help.
