Default Holy Crap! What happened??

All of a sudden my navigation module displays fine on the portal but as soon as you try to view a post the navigation module spans across the entire page blocking out the post..

ARGH!

I've done that already. A few times actually. Now I've learned to keep a copy of the templates in a plain text file on my desktop before I do any major changes so I have a quick "whoops" recovery method.
