It looks like an old plugin from previous versions of the CMPS may still be active. Try going to your Plugin Manager and see if you have one called 'vBadvanced Error Replacements' under a product titled 'adv_global'. If so, you can remove that plugin and it should resolve the issue.

Brian, I've just encountered the same issue and solved it with your instructions.

I would suggest to take care of removing old plugins while doing the upgrades via vbacmps_install.php, if it's possible obviously.

Thanks for your help.

I have a similar problem here:

Warning: require_once(./includes/vba_global_error.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/functions.php(2937) : eval()'d code on line 1

But I do see:

vBa CMPS Error Replacements error_generic
vBadvanced Error Replacements error_generic

but nothing has the title "adv_global"

Can someone help me fix this problem? Thanks!

here's the full error message:

I'm running VBA 3.0 on VBulletin 3.8.1.

Quote:
Warning: require_once(./includes/vba_global_error.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/functions.php(2937) : eval()'d code on line 1

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required './includes/vba_global_error.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/clubwrx/public_html/forums/includes/functions.php(2937) : eval()'d code on line 1

Do you know what might be causing this message?

Remove the 'vBadvanced Error Replacements' one.
