error with index.php

I have installed CMPS, and I have this error message when I try to access my normal index.php page

Parse error: parse error, expecting `')'' in /web/mnt1/s/k/skatemd/home/forums/global.php on line 36

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: print_no_permission() in /web/mnt1/s/k/skatemd/home/forums/index.php on line 70

I fixed it for now -
i rechecked the code i added to global php, and I hadn;t put all the global php code change in - readded the changes and it worked!
