Default Frustrated... couple of issues.

The main issue is that when I follow the instruction to make CMPS go live, I get a forumpath error.

Second, the way I want it to work is (and, this might not be possible) to be able to "pick and choose" which features I want. Like I want a left sidebar added to my existing forum that has some things - calendar, birthdays, etc. Is this feasible?
