Log in issue (login button does not work)

Alright before we go into this I will say that I have gone over the log in issues that are discussed in the forums here. I have also looked at the log in post in the FAQ and followed the instructions.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled cmps, this happened after the update to 3.0
I was sure to remove any plugins that affected the cmps prior to update so that there would be no issue.

I have reinstalled the templates, reinstalled the phrases, rebuilt the settings, and reinstalled the vBulletin plugins. I have just never had an issue like this before.

When a user attempts to log in to the forums through the welcome module you can type in your user name and password, all other links are active except the login button. It is click able but it does not seem to be linked to anything. Users are currently bouncing off the members list link to gain access to the site by using the you aren't logged in page.

Any thoughts?
