Default HTML Page coming up screwy

I have a custom HTML page I'm using and I recently modified the table that is in the page and ever since, all my modules when that page displays are warped and out of place. How can I rectify this?

Link to bad page:

Thanks

I think you need module wrapper turn on or off (the opposite to what you have now for that page).

The page looks fine to me, so I'm assuming you figured out the problem?
