Feature Request: Make "User" field editable to Mods

There are many times my Moderators add links to the system and then later want to give "ownership" of a particular one to someone else so they can manage the link. Often it is the webmaster of the site the link points to.

I cannot find any way to edit the "User" of a given link.

Suggest you add an edit box in addlink.php?do=editlink to allow modification of the USER field by Mods.

I may add this as an admin option in a future version. For now though you could always edit them in the database.
