On one of my boards when I am logged in as a guest, I see a partial quick moderation module. The permissions are set for admin, mod and super mod.
When I am logged in as admin, I see the normal links. vB 3.7.0 vBa 3.0.1 |

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Modules => Quick Moderation => Usergroup Permissions
Make sure that only admins/moderators are selected there. |

I think members has something to do with social groups on vB. If it was a vBa permission problem I'd expect to see links to approve posts and threads.

There's no way I'm aware of that the module would be displayed if the permissions are set correctly, but if you would like to submit a support ticket I'll be glad to take a look at things for you.
