Default Its been awhile, am I missing something?

I created a template module "adsense" for my portal, and included the following code:
PHP Code:
<tr>
<
td class="$bgclass"><center>

<
script type="text/javascript"><!--
google_ad_client "pub-2814725025605655";
/* 120x600, created 6/6/08 */
google_ad_slot "5779656068";
google_ad_width 120;
google_ad_height 600;
//-->
</script>
<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js">
</script>

</center>

</td>
</tr>
Which should work. However, the module shows up but nothing is displaying.

Am I missing something?

Seems to be working fine for me, so I'm assuming you've figured out the problem? Or if you didn't have Adsense ads on the page before, it could just be that Google's Adsense bot hadn't crawled the page yet.

I've done that. When reviewing layouts for Adsense ads on a new site I sometimes scratch my head for a few minutes before I notice the little "ABP" icon in the lower right is red. Whoops.

After suffering from 2 heart attacks in the last 2.5 yrs, I am finally doing better.

My son is coming home for good after serving in the 82nd Airborne and two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. So I am going very well. He is coming home in one piece!

I am going to spend some time revamping my site so you will see more of me I am sure.

I am getting used to the new layout of CMPS in the admincp. I am like a total n00b all over again..

Glad to be back.

Great to have you back and glad to hear you're doing better. Awesome that your son made it through his tours alright. Give him my thanks!

I've been 'offline' a lot lately due to Mom going through something similar (multiple strokes & heart attacks within 2 years). While I can not say I know what you're going through I can empathize with your family as a whole since I know first hand that something like that does affect the entire family.

Is he home for good or just on leave?

But isn't that kind of the fun part? For those that enjoy it, and have the time, there is nothing like digging into a new toy to see what makes it tick.
