Hiya,
I've set up the mini calendar module to use a calendar that I definately have an event on. However, when I view my mini calendar the day doesn't become bold or give any indication that it has an event on there. So what is the point of having the mini calendar if it doesn't even highlight days with events on and allow you to clickthrough to that day ?

Edit the settings for the module and make sure you have the right calendar selected for your 'Calendar to Display' setting. You may need to set the 'Calendar Cache Update Frequency' setting to 0 and then refresh your homepage as well so the cache will update. After that, you can change the cache setting back to 24 (or whatever you would like).

Hi Brian,
If I change it to 0, the even shows up. But then if I change it back to 1, it then disappears again. I think the issue is related to calendar permissions. Basically I don't think the cache takes into account the calendar is user-specific. The calendar I am pulling the information in from is called "My Calendar", and only the user who posted the event can see it. |

Ahhh, that would be the problem then. The mini-calendar is only going to work for public events.
