Question Announcements

Like the mod which is located also on vbadvanced site on the right side is that a mod open for everyone to use? if someone can someone point me in the right direction to get my hands on it thanks!

That's basically a copy of the Recent threads module, just has it only pointing to their "Announcements" forum. So that way only the announcements the admins posts will show up in that module.
