Default Entire Navbar & Banner Missing

Hello, love what you have done, works great only problem is I'm using a custom style & my entire navbar is missing..
(See attached screenshot)

Can someone help me with this?
Edit: Fixed the missing banner, but not completely.. just the main picture.. not the bg or bg above it..

Seems like I'm missing the entire header & footer actually.. because the footer is missing too =\

Please try these two FAQs:

http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/faq....trouble_images

http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/faq...._trouble_links

Since your navigation buttons have been moved from your navbar template to your heade template, I suspect both of those FAQs are needed to completely solve the problem for you.

Thanks tons, worked out great, sorry if it was a stupid problem =\ brand new to VB from SMF.. soooo different heh.

Only 1 small problem remains, the Forum button on my nav bar points to /index.php when it should be /forum/index.php
Guessing its that way working fine for the forum but not the portal because of the locations of them.. would I need to go into my styles header or navbar settings and manually change that link?
