Adding a image UNDER our blocks/modules?

I have a nice image I would love to add to my blocks to give it a GREAT 3D look.
I can show and share this look with whomever can please help me set up this unique look I've used for my prior portal blocks but cannot figure where to set it up on this CMS.
Can someone contact me directly to discuss the exact steps in doing this please?

This is certainly possible... I beleive you would have to edit each of the adv_portal_yourtemplates files in your installation to include whatever code you have for your customised look.

This can be found in AdminCP>Styles & templates>Style Manager>Edit Templates (for the style you wish to edit)>Select each adv_portal_nnnnnnn template.
