Professional help required

My apology if this message is inappropriate for this forum but I am really struggling to get things right with vBa CMPS 3.0.

For a fee, I require the services of a true professional to go into the admin control panel and make all the required settings.

vBulletin 3.7 is installed and works.
CMPS 3.0 is also installed but I have been struggling for days on end and just cannot get the settings right.
