Default CSS problems When New/Random Links Are Disabled

Hi,

If you disable both new links and random links on main page , then the css for $show[class_cat_replies] and $show[class_cat_links] no longer apply in adv_links_categorybit_level1

Thanks for pointing that out. If you'll look in the file for the links_construct_linkbit_classnames(); function and just move it near the top of the file (just before the 'vba_links_index_start' hook), then that should take care of the issue.
