Default Remove default modules

I want to remove the welcome block on the cmps. I dont see an option for this. How can I remove default modules on cmps?? If I am overlooking something I am sorry.

I believe this is what you want to do:

Admin Control Panel >> vBa CMPS>> Edit Pages

(I'm assuming you mean your home page, so click on that link when it comes up)

Go down to Modules Enabled and uncheck the modules you don't want.

That is exactly what I meant. Thanks. I don't know how I overlooked that.
