Changing Servers, testing new one by IP, but vBadvanced is a blank white page?

Cant figure this one out...

We're moving servers. We moved all files to the new server and imported the database. We now have the vB forum displaying properly, however we cant get the vBadvanced page to load... it displays as a blank white page with nothing on it.

Keep in mind that we are just testing this currently and the site is not live so we are accessing it by going directly to http://ip.ip.ip.ip which is where I get the blank white page. When I go to http://ip.ip.ip.ip/forum it does display the forum properly.

Any ideas with configuration to check or anything else we might be missing with setup differences from one server to another? Other ways to diagnose or test?

Does anyone have an idea why it would just be loading a blank white page? Even a place to start would be helpful because I dont know...

Sounds like your forum path has probably changed on the new server.
