Default redirect error ?

Warning: require_once([path]/includes/vba_cmps_include_template.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/init.php(298) : eval()'d code on line 16

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/parrotf/public_html/includes/vba_cmps_include_template.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/parrotf/public_html/includes/init.php(298) : eval()'d code on line 16

I get this error if i type in the add. bar "parrotforum.net"
but if i use "parrotforum.net/forum/index.php" it loads fine?

not positive but seemed to start after upgrading from 3.8.0 to 3.8.1
