Default Submit link as another member

You can submit a link as another member first time, but when you try to edit the link - you can't. This is not the end of the world - but anyway nice to have the possibility some times.

Yes 100% I have 5-double checked the settings for me as an administrator. The result is the same for several categories. I have also edited an saved some of the categories and updated all counters in maintanence.

I run 3.8.0 and and 3.1.0 (with the newest files from 22 feb uploaded in ascii)
One small template edit in adv_links_linkbit (thumbnails)
