Hello,
I am a Union Carpenter by trade, webmaster, forum administrator, and soon to be second forum administrator/owner. I have recently begun learning to write some basic code. Some of the more complicated call ups and fomats associated with PHP are pretty much holding me at bay for now. I will catch on and figure out how all this works. :P

Day - primarily L3 Deskside support with some network admin, desktop eng. thrown in.

Night - Own a multitude of personal websites, mostly Land Rover enthusisit related, that I build and maintain myself when I can (sites that is). My largest site has been keeping me busy with a redesign for quite a number of months. More and more great developments keep coming out and gives me new ways to pull more and more of the site into the DB backend.

By day, a harmless computer geek. I started with COBOL in 1977.

Evenings, a doting caregiver for two very large orange cats. Sixteen chickens and a horse.

Weekends I film myself doing things with friends that your Mom would not approve of. It's terribly shocking, but we have fun and drink lemonade afterwards.

In my dreams I pilot a spaceship, paying no attention to galactic speed limits or maximum vehicle heights on the overpasses. Never found Spock.

In between, I run a dirty web site. We sell films of guys who are about to drink lemonade. Now we want to have a forum, so we can discuss these things in detail.

I could sure use a hand from some of you out-of-work vb experts. Inquire within.

Full time geek. I do design & hosting. I'm also a network engineer, specializing in messaging systems. MCSE (x3), CNA (x2), MCSA, blah blah blah. Got it all. If it's Microsoft related, I support it.

On the hosting side, it's almost all LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP).

Serious geek.

Nice to see this re-born
I'm a simple software company owner, though I do meddle with site administration, more as a hobby though.

Oops doesn't look right, I should have said 'I am simply......' (or maybe I was right first time )

Just a reminder guys/gals... links that point to a site that aren't running vB (let alone vBa) from an account with no licenses and one post are likely going to be construed as spam and handled as such.
