I had an idea, and was wondering if it would be possible. i hope i can explain it well.
I was wondering if with a little bit of coding it would be possible to add another part to the "add a page" template creation process (on the same page with title, identifier, ect.) where you would be able to input some code into a box when making a template page. Then create a module which would pull the code from whatever variable the box put the code into and display the code through the module on the page it was integrated on to. I hope that made sense. Let me know how hard it would be. Thanks. |

I'm sure that would be possible, but I don't really see how that would add any functionality since you can already add a template with your own code from that page.

With the type of site i'm setting up, i need different modules to display different things based on each and every forum index i have set up. So if i could input information into a database and only have say 5 actual modules that i have to make, it would save a lot of time and a lot of space on my admin cp. These modules could simply display what they need to based on the forum index. It would make creating new pages very very fast and easy. I hope that makes sense.
