[REQ]: Ability to format text in description and ability to truncate descriptions

Would like to be able to format text (paragraphs, bold, etc) in the Link Description box.

Also, it would be nice to be able to truncate the link description and have a "read more" or a "view description" link that would take the user to the link details. This would allow for more effective spacing of links when viewing a directory, 10 newest links, etc.
