Angry The dreaded Fatal error: Call to undefined function cmps_

Hey guys. This seems to be a common problem, but after a ton of searching, I haven't been able to find a solution. I am using vb 3.8.2 and cmps 3.1. If I am *not* logged in and then I load my main page (not the forum home), I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function cmps_template_alter() in /home/***/public_html/***/forum/includes/functions.php(2937) : eval()'d code on line 3

I have tried re-uploading all the files, reinstalling the plugins, and pretty much everything else I can think of. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Diagnostics

Does that link show any errors?

well, I figured it out. There was an old vba product that needed to be disabled. It was a pain, but I got it eventually lol. =)
