Allowing Moderators/Super Moderators Access to vBAdvanced ACP

How would I allow Moderators or Super Moderators access to the vBAdvanced Admin Area only?
IE:

http://mysite.com/forumdir/admincpdir/vba_cmps_admin.php

WITHOUT having to give them admin permissions, if I could just put something like a conditional, say..

if condition=userid=188

or something along those lines, and I could enter the moderator/supermod's userid..

A member will have to have access to your Admin CP in order to access any files there, including the vba_cmps_admin.php file.

So, if I moved vba_cmps_admin.php to the modcp dir, would they be allowed to access the controls?

Seemed to work, just dropping it in the modcp directory, too.
