Rate Link and Tags malfunction
Though I don't have vba links 4 but saw this on kevins demo site.
If you want to rate you have to exactly point to the arrow symbol right from where it says "Rate Link:" for getting the rating pop up open (firefox 3.6) On Opera the same but there you can additional point to the hover line below the text. Normally it should also open the popup when you point over the text "Rate Link:" but doesn't. Second, if there is more than one tag it's not possible to click only one tag, all tags are one single link.

The "Rate Link" link is something that's know about, but I'm not really aware of a good way to change that due to vB's new style.
As for the tags, it sounds like Kevin has his options set to separate keywords by commas instead of spaces.
