I'm thinking about Dynamics for a couple of my sites, but I'd like to make sure that I understand the restriction of using it as a "photo-posting type software".
What I'd like to do is use it as a file uploading system for my clients, where they'd only have access to the files they upload and ones that I'd choose for them to be able to download. They would not be able to see my other clients' files. The thing is, the files will most likely be photos, but will also have vector and 3d files, too. I would not be using as a "gallery", per-se, as I understand that you cannot develop "gallery" software now that you've sold vBGallery to PhotoPost (I wish you'd kept that software!!!). So...am I acting within your license terms if I do this? |

Yes, that should be fine. Basically we just cannot compete with PhotoPost, so as long as you're not trying to use the product in place of PhotoPost or something along those lines then it's not an issue.

Since I have vBGallery on the two sites that I'd like to use Dynamics on, I don't think that should be an issue.
