Default Change the Selected Tab from Forums to Home on index.php v.withlink

http://www.madcastgaming.com/

If you notice, the "Forums" tab is selected even though, I am browsing the portal.

Thank you!

If you can give it a couple of days or so, the next CMPS release will have options to show pages links in your navbar. Otherwise, there should be some articles at vbulletin.org that explain how to add new navbar tabs and plugins to make sure the right tab is selected.

I will wait. Your help is a great deal more plentiful and directly on point that anything offered at either vbulletin.org or .com.

I'm looking for the same solution. I found the following site that works pretty cool:

http://www.forum-software.co.uk/

Click on the Forums link, then you'll see that "Portal" has replaced forums and allows you to go back to the portal. I sent the guy a PM and I'm hoping he replies because that's a great solution.

That solution I use for vBulletin 3.8,
PHP Code:
<td class="vbmenu_control"><if condition="THIS_SCRIPT == 'adv_index'"><a href="$vboptions[bburl]/$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]">Forums<else /> <a href="$vboptions[homeurl]?$session[sessionurl]">Portal</a></if></td
when I experimented with vB4 I used 'sstab advanced' adapting the above code.

Adding tabs to the navbar is a default feature in v4.0.0 RC1.

I feel like a dork for having to ask, but where do I go to add them? That's the version I'm running
