I just started adding links to the new RC1 and use the WYSIWYG editor to create the decription field. It looks fine but after editing and viewing the link, the bbcode is not parsed.
So it looks like this: [ B ]My text that should be bold[ /B ] There are no problems with parsing bbcode in the forums or CMS, just in the links directory so far as I can tell. Ideas? |

Admin CP => vBa Links => Manage Categories => {select category} => Link Description => Allow BB Code
As long as you have that setting enabled for the category the link is in then BB code should be parsed.

Yep - I love easy fixes. I don't know how that got set to not allow bb code, default maybe. Anyhow, up and running. Thanks.
