Default Dumb question time

I have just installed dynamics and have a dumb question. It will not let me upload images to an article.

I am the administrator, I have checked usergroup permissions, attachment permissions, and category permissions. Even looked over the category again and every time I click on attachments I get this message...
Quote:
you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Any ideas? Oh running the latest version of vbulletin and dynamics...

So it looks as if when clicking on Manage Attachments, the link is leaving out the dyna folder in the url. Anyone know where I can change some code for this?

So, I thought it might have something to do with VBSEO, well it doesn't. I have disabled every mod on the board and still I get the same thing. There has got to be something in the actual php code that is wrong.

Look at the page in firebug, here is what shows up for the attachment button...

It looks like this is another issue that vBulletin has created by requiring their new editor to use the <base> tag of a page. I'm looking into the issue, but it doesn't look like it's going to be an easy one to solve and may take a few days.

I'm the last person to complain about anything, but my entire site is on hold until the URL issue is solved

He is still checking in but I think he is taking a mental break for a little bit. I know he has been working on some code updates for the base tag issue but am not aware if he has rolled the code updates into the downloads or not.

Vb 4.1.5

Latest version of Dynamics, just downloaded/payed for it today. Everything was working fine until bam and it's a huge error, completely unusable atm :/
