Default Javascript issue

I created a BB Code module to display ads but when I ad the Doubleclick For Publishers code it adds a < br / > at the end of each line, which breaks the script. Is there anyway around this?

A BBCode module is not suitable for HTML/Javascript, use a TEMPLATE module instead.
