Default vBulletin WYSIWYG Editor

Should I be getting the vB WYSIWYG editor in vBA Links directory? All I see is a plain form.

Which editor do you have selected in your Options> User CP? I haven't got vB4 running right now but certainly in vB3 Links I had the WYSIWYG available.
