Have you made the modules too wide or added too much content? Have you edited templates?

It looks like you have a fixed width for your style, and by using such wide images in your news posts, you're basically trying to cram too much into too small of a space. You could either stop using such wide images in your news posts, use a larger width for your style, or rearrange some modules so you only use 2 columns.
