Default Cannot edit Advanced Options when editing a page

The ability to edit the "Advanced Options" when I am in edit page mode seems to not be working. The little plus icon that used to expand the editing options is no longer visible. I am running VB 4.1.10 and VBA 4.13. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks. The fourth link helped. For some reason the image path was telling it to look for "collapse.png" in "admincp/images/buttons/".

I went through the style vars to see if I could change the image path, but could not find it, so I created a "images/buttons/" folder in the admincp folder and uploaded the images there.

It works but I'm not sure I like my images in the admincp folder. If I can fix it to point to the correct path, I'd be much happier
