Default How Do I Change Inactive Users To Registered Users?

Since I have migrated to the new Vbulletin, I have noticed I have a lot of Inactive Users. Can I change them to Registered Users by one sweep? If I had to do it one by one, it would take forever.

I am about to send out a mass email to them and want them to be able to post right away vs. me changing them individually.

As far as I know inactive users are no different from registered users. Your question has nothing to do with vBadvanced products though, so you would be better off asking at vbulletin.com.
