Default Site works, then crashes a few hours later

Hello,

I'm not sure this is Vba related, but I'm going to start here.

We have a client that is using:

Vb 3.8.4
Vba 3.2.2
Vbseo 3.6.0

The site was originally running on a VPS using cPanel/WHM. Lots of configuration / setup appears to have been done outside of cPanel/WHM so that makes it a bit messy.

The site was migrated from a VPS to a dedicated server. The site runs fine (for some amount of time) and then it begins to crash with:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in [path]/includes/vba_cmps_include_top.php on line 715

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/includes/vba_cmps_include_top.php on line 306

There is nothing very useful in the Apache error log or the sites error log.

The server is running:

Apache: 2.2.22
PHP 5.3.10
Zend 2.3.0
Xcache 1.3.2
Suhosin 0.9.33

Thanks in advance
